Following the government announcement (23 March 2020) Weddings at Waddesdon are temporarily closing their doors. We will contact anyone who has booked a showaround, tasting or wedding for the next 3 weeks in due course. The safety of our team, guests and couples is our top priority but we look forward to welcoming you back soon to continue plans for your big day.

Our team are working very hard to answer all queries and we appreciate your patience during this time. We have put together some questions and answers that may help you during this time.

What happens now there is a temporary 3 week hold on weddings?
Due to circumstances beyond our control we have closed our venues for the 3 weeks instructed by the government, if your weddings was booked for that period  we will apply a 100% credit to your future booking. Should you not wish to proceed with a future booking your deposits will be lost in accordance with our T&Cs and we strongly suggest you check that your insurance company will cover you for this eventuality.
 
What happens if we can longer attend due to a close family member contracting the virus?
We would strongly advise you to check with your insurer that they cover you for this eventuality, however should all payments have been made in full according to the terms we will apply 100% credit to a future booking.
 
What would happen if you as a venue go into lockdown yourselves due to a member of staff or public contracting coronavirus?
Should circumstances beyond our control force us to close our venues we will apply a 100% credit to your future booking. Should you not wish to proceed with a future booking your deposits will be lost in accordance with our T&Cs and we strongly suggest you check that your insurance company will cover you for this eventuality.

Due to the uncertainty at this time, should we continue to be making payments?
Payments need to be made in accordance with our terms. If the event is unable to go ahead we will offer complete flexibility and allow 100% of the full balance to be applied as a credit to a future booking subject, of course, to our availability.
